So for today...
I weighed in at 201.4. I went up 2.4 lbs from Sunday but that was to be expected with my splurge yesterday :/
Today's food:
Breakfast: an apple
Lunch: didn't get :(
Dinner: Grilled asparagus (YUM) and 2 Gordon's Grilled Tilapia fish filets
Snack: cucumber slices with a little vinegar
Surprisingly, I wasn't overwhelming hungry when I didn't get lunch. Which is good but still bad for my metabolism. Hopefully tomorrow goes well!

I cheated yesterday, I had a soda and a dipped cone from DQ. Ran a mile and still lost more then Saturday when I was perfect!! Weird. Sorry for your up today. Are you walking while doing this too?
Not yet but I walk a LOT during work. And climb a lot of stairs, most days.
Oh, and Crystal Light is allowed too... Its sugar free :o)
