For Tuesday:::
Breakfast: I had 2 scrambled and 1 over-medium egg. I tend to eat my scrambled with salsa for flavor.
Lunch: Went and had lunch with the Hubs so we went to Whataburger and I got a grilled chicken salad with fat-free ranch (still a no-no, but I didn't want vinegret... or however you spell it). BUT.... I had been craving a chocolate-dipped cone from DQ since SOMEONE (LoL) mentioned it... So I had one on the way home
Dinner: I waited 8 hours later to eat dinner (wasn't really hungry) and had 2 of those Great Value frozen breast filets that you can just microwave (They are REALLY good) with some salsa on top!
Weighed in at 198.4! That is a loss of 9.2 lbs!
