Day 2: Lunch & Dinner (& Snack)

Today for lunch I met hubs so he could cash his check so I can deposit it. So, we went to Subway. He got an oven-roasted chicken on flatbread and I got the chicken and baby spinach salad with some regular lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, and green bell peppers.

For dinner I just ate 2 piece of Gordan's Grilled Tilapia (YUM) and a salad with 2 hardboiled eggs, 3 shredded slices of turkey sandwich meat, and a little bit of fat free catalina dressing. I must tell you. Catalina dressing + Hardboiled eggs is DELICIOUS.

For a snack I cheated only a TINY bit...

See, I hate seeing food go to waste and I have left over chinese from Saturday... Which I didn't eat! Instead I had 3 pieces of my FarmRich Cheese Stuffed Pretzel Bites. Those 3 had less carbs and sugar than the dressing. So, its not on the diet but I didn't have a snickers bar like someone else...
