Day 1: Lunch & Dinner

I got called into work because my boss messed up my schedule and put me off when I wasn't... grr..

Anyhow, I had a late lunch (2pm) of a salad with 2 hardboiled eggs and grilled chicken breast with some fat free Italian dressing. I followed it with a DELICIOUS apple. I know the rules say no fruit after 2pm, but I think 205 is ok :o)

By the time I needed to leave for class (5) it was still too early to eat anything because I wasn't hungry. I resisted vending machines, except for water, while at school and when I got home I had two more grilled chicken breast patties. And Light Pineapple Upside-down Cake yogurt.

Hubs cheated! He was good all day but before bed he ate our leftover pizza from yesterday (2 small slices of Digorno).

I can tolerate that. And I can be proud to say that I went all day without cheating.

But I just realized that my yogurt had fruit in it.... :o( Hopefully it won't be enough to make a huge difference!
