Day 7 (Sunday) started off great weighing in at 199! Actually LOST weight during a weekend!
For breakfast I had a yogurt parfait from McDonald's for breakfast.
Didn't get lunch but wasn't too hungry til 2...
Then we went to see Captain America (AWESOME) at the Movie Tavern. With only a few healthy choices I choose a stuffed pita... and the fries that comes with it... and an Oreo shake....
And then Hubs ordered pizza when we got home... And I had 2 pieces...
Opps...
I'm not proud of it but I will be redo-ing Day 7 on Monday (today). Believe me. Guilt trip enormous.
