Day 3: Breakfast

For breakfast today I had 3 scrambled WHOLE eggs with 3 slices of turkey sandwich meat cut up and put in it. YUM. I wish I had some salsa to go with it but all I had was HOT and I wasn't that desperate for salsa.

I'm also going to have an apple and I'll save my probiotic for this evening.

Today's weigh in brought me to a total of -6.2 lb! Hubs is down 2 more too. It will help once I make room for exercise.

My biggest struggle is fighting off the feeling of "hungry" towards late evening. You aren't supposed to eat til stuffed and you burn protein more. I curbed my craving yesterday with two hard-boiled eggs. I have found eggs to be a big, main staple of this diet! Hard-boiled are quick snacks and great on salads. And they are easy to cook scrambled or omelet in the morning!
