Day 2: Breakfast

For breakfast today I had 3 egg whites, scrambled, and the small (5.5oz) can of V8 Vegetable juice.

I'm not going to lie, the eggs were gross. Kinda watery and I couldn't get them to dry out any more. Even with regular eggs I don't like them watery. I might not be able to do just egg whites again! And I just added some pepper to it for flavor.

I was going to have another Greek yogurt but decided I needed something with flavor so I went for my V8. I might have to buy more! It is definitely something to give you a flavor kick on a "dull" diet!

I weighed this morning (Hubs and I will every morning). He is down 5.2 lbs! And I'm down 4.4! SINCE  YESTERDAY! I'm sure it was mostly water weight but it really makes me determined to keep this going!
