So far today...
I've had 2 scrambled eggs with salsa and a Dannon Greek yogurt (vanilla).
I don't know how I am going to do lunch because I have THREE houses today (joy joy... but off tomorrow, unexpectedly).
Weighed in at 196.8! That is a 10.8 lb loss!
I still have 17 pounds to go until I get to my lowest in my weight-loss journey. But 36-56 more to get to where I REALLY want to be. One step at a time. I'm just really glad that I have been able to keep up this diet as long as I have. Usually I don't survive more than 4 days. Its a lot harder than people think, at first, but once you start losing weight it is a huge encouragement to keep doing so. I need to start adding in workouts but I have plenty excuses on my not... LOL
