First off:
I had decided to make a "free day" on Friday. Felt guilty all day but enjoyed cereal (which was UBBER sweet), lunchables, canned spaghetti and meatballs...
Then Saturday, I went to drink my lemon-water and realized I was out of lemon. That ruined it. I felt like if I couldn't do the diet right, then I wouldn't do it (I know, easy cop-out). Had a friend's wedding that day so Hubs and I ate at Hoffbrau's after we got their wedding gift. I had steak salad (yum!). Dinner was chedd'r'poppers from Sonic and an Oreo blast...
Today I had donuts... and a Big Mac... My dinner consisted of cherries and a few hours later a (large) bowl of cereal.
Tomorrow it starts again. It will be day 11. I'm hoping that by my birthday I can be down to 180 again.
