I was not as good as I should have been this weekend. Granted I ate healthy-ish but didn't work out.
I gained less than a pound back but that is because I ate later than usual and ate heavier food. I need to definitely make sure to at least work out during the week. I need to start walking to but it's just sooo hot!
One thing about losing weight: it makes me want to go shopping. I know the hardest problem though is that I'm still in the bigger size and there is just NOTHING good in the bigger sizes... unless you want to spend a bit of money or look like an old, fat lady.
