I feel horrible. I haven't worked out since last Thursday. I really planned on doing yoga and pilates and maybe even walking yesterday.... I got so busy on the computer trying to work on Jeff's credit that time just flew right past.
I had even made a schedule for yesterday:
6-630: Grocery shopping, home, unpack groceries.
630-7: Catbox, dishes, laundry
7-730: Pilates
730-8: Yoga
8-830: Walking
830: Cook dinner, clean, work on computer...
I think today I am going to not touch the computer until AFTER I get everything done. It may be the only way. But I know my body feels when I don't work out and I really think it affects me mentally as well.
