I did a new pilates and yoga program yesterday. According to my college "professor" or teacher, whichever she is, the kind of yoga I did yesterday is more Power Yoga then regular yoga. But I know during this pilates a lot of it is standing up and moving so I sweated my butt off! lol
Today is my first day of practicing yoga techniques in class... Excited but nervous. Not sure about the whole headstand part....
