I'm proud of myself, I actually did my pilates and yoga yesterday like I had planned!!!
At least the weight is going down... but it would probably be more if I (TMI moment coming up) could poo.
I had really hoped to be down 23 lbs by my 23rd birthday... but I would have to lose 2.2 lbs by tomorrow and I don't think that's going to happen. I was down 21.4 until the weekend and a couple of days of not working out. I know I could feel the burn yesterday more than when I do the workouts back-to-back.
