Yesterday I did pilates, yoga, and even added in a light weight workout for my arms/shoulders.
I ate carefully yesterday but did cheat at "dinner" time.... Had a small Oreo shake and curly fries from Jack-in-the-Crack. But that was 2 1/2 hours before I did my workout... Hopefully I will have counteracted it!!!
I'm really starting to see the difference, especially in my pants. I can now pull my "tight" jeans off without unzipping them. And even without sucking in my stomach, I can pull them several inches away from my stomach. And by "tight" I mean that they are the least stretchy ones. My other two pairs stretch out and get really saggy by the time I walk out the door for work!
