I didn't think about doing this when I first started, which would have been a good idea... But I got the idea off of MSN.
I started my current attempt on June 14, 2009 at 244 lbs. Yes, 244 POUNDS.
May 2, 2009-approx 250 lbs.
I would love to say that I had the willpower to just eat healthy and work out. Not so. I wanted to do all of that but when it came down to it, I was too lazy.
My sister-in-law has been on these diet pills for at least a year & a half. She has lost a LOT of weight and looks SOOOO good. I hate to admit it sometimes, but I am so jealous of her.
So, I started those pills as well. Granted, I eat healthy and also started to do Pilates and Yoga daily, or at least on the weekdays. I don't eat fast food and don't eat after 7 at night.
I don't have a picture at my current weight, but this is the most recent:

I want to try and update this daily with what I did, ate and progress. Wish me luck!
