So, I didn't make my goal of 10-15 lb loss. BUT I did lose 8.5 lbs that last week!!!
Friday we were good until the rehearsal dinner... then I had ceasar salad, a roll, sweet tea, and a nice big piece of LASAGNA. I don't get lasagna much here because Jeff doesn't like it. SO YUM.
That night at Julie's we had.... apples, strawberries, and cheese. I KNOW. No fruit after 2pm was shot out of the window! However I did stay away from all alcohol.
Saturday for breakfast I had two bacon-egg-potato tacos from taco cabana and a Starbucks caramel machiato (which I wish I iced... but I had no clue).
For the reception lunch we had a strawberry, spinach, candied walnut salad, a roll, baked chicken with spinach and a rice&onion ball thingy. Then the cake was SOOOO good: white chocolate with raspberry filling for the bridal cake. And the grooms cake was chocolate with a reese's peanut butter filling. I liked the white cake best. YUM.
After the reception we went to my mom's house for a few hours and stopped and picked up chicken nuggets and sweet tea at McDonalds. And then there were oreos there. Needless to say my fingers bloated really fast from all the salt.
We headed out at 930pm and I started to go back on the diet a little bit by getting water. Did have a twix for a snack though.
Yesterday I was really good except for a mini cup of my FAVORITE vanilla-caramel coffee drink... And we saw icecream on tv so we went to coldstone.
I am not counting my weight for yesterday (184.something) because of the bloating, but from Friday morning to today I only gained 1.4 lbs!

Not bad at all!!! I wish that I had more self-control when out at parties or family gatherings lol
