I expected to gain a little from the weekend.
I always do.
And I had made fresh banana bread for the FIRST time! YUMMMM....
I hope to lose some of the weight today in water weight that I usually carry over from the weekend.
I won't have any time to exercise until Wednesday because of midterms this week! YIKES!
And my dad and Joyce sent me a diet program that she has been using, 17 Day Diet, and she has had amazing results so I will probably sit down and read that book after my midterms are over!!!
