The weekend worried me... I may lose 5 pounds during week, but then on the weekend I would gain 3-4 back after the weekend. Friday I had gained 2 pounds from our pizza and salad night... And over the weekend..... I lost it again! Its almost like a headstart for the weekend! I wont be spending the first 3 days to lose the weekend weight!
Friday I was still very sore and visited rex and rachel and adyn. I bought them dinner and we had chilis. I ate about 90% of my bacon cheesehamburger and fries meal. Pretty early in the evening. No workout. I was sore! I ended up going to bed early (11) because I was exhausted.
Saturday I had to work... They got churchs chicken :( but I limited how much I ate. That night was the UFC fight and we had a total of 8 of us for dinner of steak, baked potatoes, filet mignon, ranch style beans, rolls, salad, and shells and cheese. I ate 1/2 a steak, salad, and some rolls!
Sunday was our lazy day and I are well too! Normally I munch all day but I refrained myself :)
