That is my goal for this month. I want to weigh around 175-180 by July 1st. Pretty feasible if I stay away from ALL fastfood and exercise on the weekends. I can lose weight pretty fast during the week, weekends are my killer. Should help that my SummerI class is PE and he makes us workout AND I workout before class. Hopefully that will help me get fit since he focuses a lot on weights too.
