Ok, technically it was 1 1/2 weeks from my weigh-in... I've lost 5 lbs. But will probably gain some of that back over the weekend.
Created a new workout plan at least until July 2nd that will be a little bit more vigorous. My main competition, Phillip, is 286 lbs and is going no-carbs this whole time because he know he will lose a lot of weight really fast that way.
I think I may be a GREAT coworker and bring cookies and brownies a couple times this next month :o)
