Today marks one year on my weightloss journey and in the past year I have lost 56 pounds!

Weekend Report

The weekend worried me... I may lose 5 pounds during week, but then on the weekend I would gain 3-4 back after the weekend. Friday I had gained 2 pounds from our pizza and salad night... And over the weekend..... I lost it again! Its almost like a headstart for the weekend! I wont be spending the first 3 days to lose the weekend weight!

Friday I was still very sore and visited rex and rachel and adyn. I bought them dinner and we had chilis. I ate about 90% of my bacon cheesehamburger and fries meal. Pretty early in the evening. No workout. I was sore! I ended up going to bed early (11) because I was exhausted.

Saturday I had to work... They got churchs chicken :( but I limited how much I ate. That night was the UFC fight and we had a total of 8 of us for dinner of steak, baked potatoes, filet mignon, ranch style beans, rolls, salad, and shells and cheese. I ate 1/2 a steak, salad, and some rolls!

Sunday was our lazy day and I are well too! Normally I munch all day but I refrained myself :)

June 15th

June 15th will mark 1 year that I've been on this weightloss journey... I haven't lost as much as I hoped but I've lost more than I expected! Any guesses on my weight that day???

Week 1

Ok, technically it was 1 1/2 weeks from my weigh-in... I've lost 5 lbs. But will probably gain some of that back over the weekend.

Created a new workout plan at least until July 2nd that will be a little bit more vigorous. My main competition, Phillip, is 286 lbs and is going no-carbs this whole time because he know he will lose a lot of weight really fast that way.

I think I may be a GREAT coworker and bring cookies and brownies a couple times this next month :o)

Biggest Loser: Work Edition

Because of my determination to lose so much weight by July 1st, I created a competition based off of the Biggest Loser for people at work. Each person who wants to participate has to submit $10 and the winner gets the whole pot! YAY!!!!

Goal: 15-20 pounds LESS by July 1st!

That is my goal for this month. I want to weigh around 175-180 by July 1st. Pretty feasible if I stay away from ALL fastfood and exercise on the weekends. I can lose weight pretty fast during the week, weekends are my killer. Should help that my SummerI class is PE and he makes us workout AND I workout before class. Hopefully that will help me get fit since he focuses a lot on weights too.
