I RAN!!
Ok, ok, I'll settle for jogged :)
Jumped on the treadmill for a total of 1 hour!
BUT
I didn't run the whole hour...
I did:
5 min warm-up
5 mins at 4 mph
5 mins at 3.3 mph
5 mins at 4mph
5 mins at 3.3 mph
5 mins at 4 mph
10 mins at 3.3 mph (I missed the clock for the 5 minute mark)
5 mins at 4 mph
10 mins at 3.3 mph
then a 5 min cool-down
That totals 20 mins and a mile jogging!
YAY!!!
I know most people could WALK at 4 mph... I can't (legs are too short, lol) so it was a nice steady jog!
I'm so proud of myself!
Now I'm going to make homemade (white) bread (neighborhood walmart doesn't carry wheat... grr), take a shower, and see whether Jeff picks stuff up for chili or for chicken and dumplings!

Whoo-hoo! Glad you hopped on the TM and that you ran! Woot!
Wow!!! I need to get like you! I'm trying to re-organize my schedule during the week so I have time for workouts. Right now, I only workout on the weekend :-(
