So I did the three day diet. Stuck by it pretty well with the exception of 1 brownie on days 1 & 2. Day 3 I had only lost 2 lbs (can usually lose more by that point) so followed breakfast and lunch but needed something more substantial for dinner since I was working 7pm to 7am that night.
So what does that mean for me?
Not doing the diet again...
(I started typing this a week ago... Let's see if I can finish now :o) )
But I am going to really try to watch what and how much I eat.
And to exercise. The only problem is I am so exhausted half the time. I try to squeeze in a little bit at my 2nd job (CNA) but I can't get any cardio in when there.
Will have to figure out when I can do that. Probably just a matter of getting off the couch and STARTING.

I think that was my biggest challenge when I was in school and working. After putting in 35hrs at work, and 20 credit hours at the university, all week (not to mention homework) the only thing I wanted to do was crawl on the couch and play a video game to forget about everything, and then take a nap. I had zero energy. It was really hard to do anything about my weight back then!
I hope you can find some energy though, and get back in the swing of things. Remember, exercise is supposed to give you more energy ;) lol, that's what they're always telling me anyway.
