I started Bob Harper's BOOTCAMP DVD yesterday. And I walked the dogs for 30 minutes...
Today I was SORE. I cleaned two houses today for a total time of 4.5 hours and the second house had STAIRS... Ugh, my thighs did not appreciate me!
But today I came home and did the DVD again. 30 minutes but it sure does work you! I was going to walk the dogs at 8 (when it is cooler) but a severe thunderstorm warning came on so I decided I would do treadmill after my husband went to bed... It didn't rain.
Still did the treadmill though! 30 minutes flew by because I was reading a book while walking.
And now my thighs are KILLING me. And my butt. I am sure I will be SUPER sore tomorrow!!!
And the kicker too... I ate my dinner in anticipation of the walk (i.e.: I ate a salad, yogurt with granola, and single serve mac'n'cheese) post DVD workout. So I felt guilty and that I HAD to walk somehow to burn off all that food!

Its no jogging like your workouts... but it is something. Kinda twisted my ankle at one point because I jumped wrong... But doesn't seem to be an issue right now!
