Well, I didn't do my "stepladder" cardio today because I was going to walk to dogs with the hubs...
Which I did, but he didn't :/
Kinda hoped he would be he was adamant that he wasn't. Apparently when I left he was getting dressed to go. But he waited til I was changed, dogs collared and leashed, before he started getting ready. When I kissed him goodbye and didn't make any say that he was going. Said I rushed out too fast for him to finish getting ready. I hoped he would join so walked slow the path we have taken before... And he could have met me one street over when I weave back down.
But whatever.
The point is. I went and I walked for 30 minutes up and down hills in my neighborhood.
Dogs sound like they run a marathon, but goodness knows they need the exercise too!

I have a problem with trying to get my husband to get involved with weight loss with me. He needs to lose about 100lbs too, but he refuses to follow any of the steps I suggest... it's frustrating.
You do what you need for you though, and hopefully he'll go next time.
