I don't know how I made it through this week.
BUT I DID! And I'm proud to say so!
Now, we have been going to the gym for... 4 weeks now.
My weight... Has gone UP. I know we do weights every day but I don't increase the weight yet, just the reps.
I guess this means a drastic change in my diet. I think the biggest one is not eating when Hubs gets home since it is too late and I go to bed earlier now (waking up at 430am is HARD).
I'm glad to have the weekend off but was thinking about going to the lake with Hub's dad and playing volleyball or something. Hubs needs the exercise too and it would be a way to still stay active tomorrow.
Trying not to get frustrated. Mainly because I still want to push through this C25K program.
