I hate doing that. But today it was SOOO easy. I was looking forward to it. Why?
BECAUSE IT'S GYM DAY #1!!!!!!!!!!!
I met SIL-A and BIL-T at 5am this morning. We did 1/2 a mile on the elliptical (which I had to show both how to do). Then SIL-A wanted to do weights (me and BIL-T wanted to do mainly cardio) so we spent the next 40 minutes doing various machines that covered:
Shoulders
Back
Biceps
Triceps
Obliques
Abdominals
Glutes
Guads
Hamstrings
Calves
It was good to be able to go around and test out the machines (practically empty at that time).
The instructor tried to get us to come in her 530 Cycling class... We all agreed we weren't ready for that.
After SIL-A left, BIL-T and I started the C25K program (Couch to 5K). Actually was pretty easy and downloaded an app for my phone that will automatically time us! I'm gonna try and get Hubs and BIL-A to do it this evening when we go back.
Yes, I said go BACK as in twice today!
There is a yoga class at 730 and I told BIL-T that we have to bust butt at the school so we can get there in time. If not, no biggie, but I REALLY want to!
Gotta head to work now!
