Today is Day 11. No matter how bad I did.
Today I had my lemon-water... Then didn't eat anything until I had some grilled asparagus.
Then I made Stuffed Bell Peppers with turkey meat (1 lb) & cauli-rice (1 head).
Cauli-rice is where you chop up cauliflower until it is about the size of a grain of rice.
Anyhow, I sauteed the cauliflower in a little bit of olive oil (after I had cooked the ground turkey and set it aside) then I added 2 cans of tomato sauce and the ground turkey. I forgot to add salt and pepper. BUT it was still good. Baked it for 45 minutes at 425 and the last few minutes I put cheese on top to melt.
It was surprising good! I ate TWO.
My snack was a few slices of those dark chocolate oranges. Never had 'em before! So good!
And a small bowl of Jeff's fried rice (which he forgot to ask for no veggies in it so he go veggies and won't eat it).

I might try the cauli-rice peppers, they sound good!
