Today is Day 11. No matter how bad I did.
Today I had my lemon-water... Then didn't eat anything until I had some grilled asparagus.
Then I made Stuffed Bell Peppers with turkey meat (1 lb) & cauli-rice (1 head).
Cauli-rice is where you chop up cauliflower until it is about the size of a grain of rice.
Anyhow, I sauteed the cauliflower in a little bit of olive oil (after I had cooked the ground turkey and set it aside) then I added 2 cans of tomato sauce and the ground turkey. I forgot to add salt and pepper. BUT it was still good. Baked it for 45 minutes at 425 and the last few minutes I put cheese on top to melt.
It was surprising good! I ate TWO.
My snack was a few slices of those dark chocolate oranges. Never had 'em before! So good!
And a small bowl of Jeff's fried rice (which he forgot to ask for no veggies in it so he go veggies and won't eat it).

Day 11 (Cont)
So, for lunch I had a Smoked Chipotle Sammie from Quiznos. Pretty good. Small.... and Salt and Vinegar chips... and a rootbeer...
And then for dinner... 2 slices of pizza.
:( Kinda disappointed with myself.
I need to get some motivation back!!!

Day 11 and 10 days left...
Today is day 11 (again...) and I'm ubber determined to make it work. Why?? There are ONLY 10 days left until my 25th birthday. I'd REALLY like to be down to 180-185 again.
I'm gonna have to start working out too. I have to do what I can!!!
So. Today, so far:
Breakfast: 2 over medium eggs. I'll eat an apple on the way to my first house.
Lunch is going to be tricky because I am meeting Donna in Dallas for lunch!!!! (first time I'll have seen here since I left 3C!) But I will try to be as good as I can. Then I have some free time that I can workout before I have to head to the school.

Day 11: NOT Monday...
I started Monday off good...
Just had the lemon water for breakfast and wasn't really hungry.
Had a lot of anxiety because we were trying to trade in the car.
At lunch I met Jeff and he wanted Subway. I didn't want a salad so I got my usual of turkey breast on honey oat. And ate chips... and a cookie (or two).
Then for dinner, after all the drama and stress of the dealership, we had chicken alfredo (I ate a small portion because I had a lunchable before that & cherries).
So, needless to say, TUESDAY will be day 11.
