My weight this morning: 187.0.
I always go up on weekends. Even walked with Holly for 40 minutes. And had two slices of watermelon with banana.
And for diner I made chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Yum.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better because I played a lot of volleyball with the in-laws today with a lot of running after the ball...
