Morning weight: 186.4
So I lost 1.8 pounds from yesterday.
I can almost guarantee I've eaten more than my share to make up for it today, though...
Apparently I don't just eat when bored... But when stressed too.
Hopefully it will all work out for the better by tomorrow morning... If only food didn't look so good!!! And taste so good!!!

Amen to that. I did great until about 7:30 then 2 fudge rounds! :O(

I wish I was that good! I love food too much for my body to hate it!

You have to decide your health and fitness is more important than food. It's hard and I'm still struggling. On of the things that helps is to read what's really in some of your favorite foods. Alot of it isn't "real" food. It's additives, preservitives and junk! Once you stop eating it, your body will detox and stop craving it. Then when you eat it again, you really how nasty it really is. There are a lot of foods I used to eat a lot that I feel this way about now.
