Sometimes I hate the holidays. Work gets so busy and then allll the yummy food... Its a struggle to just stay where you are weight-wise!
I'm over the 182 line again. A lot has happened within the last month that hasn't helped me keep it down. And my treadmill has been moved to the "game" room... with no cable box and therefore NO encouragement to actually get on it. And the door to that room always stays closed so I don't see it and don't think about it. I need to get back on though.
Did a few bouts of yoga last week. The P90X yoga... I can only get 30 minutes in though because it is a whooping. My flexibility has really dropped with not doing it some much any more.
I really wish I had someone to work out WITH. I think it would make it so much easier and be a bigger motivator if I knew that someone else was counting on me to help them too. I'm not lacking the TIME right now, just the effort. :(
