3 Day Diet Update...

So I did the three day diet. Stuck by it pretty well with the exception of 1 brownie on days 1 & 2. Day 3 I had only lost 2 lbs (can usually lose more by that point) so followed breakfast and lunch but needed something more substantial for dinner since I was working 7pm to 7am that night.

So what does that mean for me?

Not doing the diet again...

(I started typing this a week ago... Let's see if I can finish now :o) )

But I am going to really try to watch what and how much I eat.

And to exercise. The only problem is I am so exhausted half the time. I try to squeeze in a little bit at my 2nd job (CNA) but I can't get any cardio in when there.

Will have to figure out when I can do that. Probably just a matter of getting off the couch and STARTING.

Going to Try!

I am going to try something new.

I have become a pinterest addict and there are a ton of good ideas as far as exercise goes (and a lot of other things, lol).

My problem is I don't have the control to do an extensive diet/exercise regimen.

But I found a 3 day diet plan that I think will work.

I think I can survive 3 days. And I intend on adding cardio to that as well.

I start today (after I get off my night shift at 7 am and get a couple hours of sleep).

I will try to keep you guys further updated!

My goal is to be under 200 by Christmas... I know that is a lot but I am going to see my dad and family then and I want to be smaller. Last time they saw me I had started my initial journey weigh the same now as I did then :/

I'm Having a Tough Time.

It is really hard for me to get motivated to get on the treadmill. I (mostly) still try to be careful what I eat but I can guarantee it isn't enough.

I think the hardest part is I work two jobs, the second being a 12 hour shift overnight 3 nights a week. If I'm not working, I'm exhausted. And to top it off, I eat a little during the night shift to stay awake.

My weight is up to 231. VERY BAD.

That means almost all of my progress is lost.

I don't know what to do

BUST!

So... Last week was a complete bust.

Monday was my birthday and I had to work and ended up not working out.
Tuesday & Wednesday I was having issues with my car and the service center at the dealership... GRR so no workout those days either...
Thursday I had to go and do an short orientation in the evening for my new job. That day was used up.
Friday was just a crazy mess.

As I said, last week was horrible.

This week??? Not looking good either.

Sunday we cleaned the church.
Monday I did my cleaning job then helped the hubby at work and didn't get home til 830.
Tuesday (today) I had to clean two houses and am currently working a 7pm-7am shift.
Wednesday I have two houses and am HOPING to get some sleep in before another 7pm-7am shift.
Thursday I have two houses (but I have help coming in) and plan to sleep until Friday...
Friday I have two houses and another 7pm-7am shift.

Oh, and every morning I take a ladies two girls to school.

Calculated out 68 hours of work Sun-Fri. Not including drive time!

LONG Day...

I have been dragging my feet all day.

But I cleaned two houses.

Followed my diet (rice krispies with a banana, healthy choice tv dinner, 2 fish fillet with shrimp, canelope).

Did the bootcamp workout...

I think that is pretty good considering I just wanted to come home and go to bed!

So as much as I wanted to walk the dogs (too dark... was waiting for the hubs to get home) I think I will pass.

Doesn't even sound like a good treadmill night. I think I need a nap!
