I did gain a little over the weekend but I am hoping that it is water weight, as usual.

I didn't gain from Friday!!!!
My goal today is to not gain for tomorrow!
The hubby and I are going to go walk Leo in about 15 minutes! Yay!
And I am going to make a recipe from my Hungry Girl cookbook: Crab stuffed mushrooms!!! And I bought a salad and some veggie sticks.

For once, I actually did good on Thursday. Usually I eat a lot.
But because I had to go to the school and turn in some homework, I still got to go walking with Holly that afternoon.
Then I went and worked at the church for a while.... THERE I wasn't so good because the elementary teachers have candy... good candy... LoL

Morning weight: 186.4
So I lost 1.8 pounds from yesterday.
I can almost guarantee I've eaten more than my share to make up for it today, though...
Apparently I don't just eat when bored... But when stressed too.
Hopefully it will all work out for the better by tomorrow morning... If only food didn't look so good!!! And taste so good!!!

My calorie intake & diet tracker says that for today:
I have eaten 1327 calories
BUT
I have exercised -1283 calories.
So, I have 44 calories of my goal of 1330 daily. LoL
And Angel, we WILL NOT gain this weekend! And we will continue to lose for the rest of the week too!

32 Days
I am so beyond frustrated.
I'm not perfect, I know that. But after my HORRIBLE Thursday I was trying to be a lot more careful than usual. Yes, still had a weak spot here and there... but STILL.
My weight this morning (same as yesterday, I knew you were curious): 189.6.
WTF?!
Friday: Lunch - banana & small package of trail mix & a gatorade; After workout snack: 2 slices of watermelon & 2 bananas (YUMMY); Dinner - homemade chicken fried steak with instant mashed potatoes and brown gravy. NOT perfect, I know. But Holly and I had walked for 40 minutes ON TOP OF my cleaning houses for 6 hours. And I didn't go to bed til a LONG time after we ate dinner. And I drank a ton of water.
Saturday: Jeff bought breakfast pre-park (we went to the park later) and so I had an McGriddle. At the park we had hotdogs and sausages and chips and cookies. I had two sausages, couple cookies and some chips. Tried to be good because my body absorbs salt like there is no tomorrow. AND I played volleyball for an hour BEFORE we ate and, at least, an hour AFTER we ate... This included RUNNING after the ball because, needless to say, we aren't the best volleyball players! Came home, had a couple more cookies, and took a 3 hour nap. Woke up about 8 and we went and got Brusters ice cream. Stayed up really late again.
Sunday: Breakfast was a Whataburger taquito since we were headed to the tax office. And a chocolate shake. 4 hours later we had lunch with Marc & Irby and I had a club sandwich with fries. Dinner Jeff ordered Mr. Jims. Pizza for him, salad for me! I ate most of the salad but it had onions and I don't like raw onions. So I had 2 slices of pizza. The SMALLEST two slices of pizza. No actual exercise but I was running around the house trying to finish getting tax stuff together.
This is ridiculous. My body gains weight WAY too quickly! I'm so frustrated with it.

My weight this morning: 187.0.
I always go up on weekends. Even walked with Holly for 40 minutes. And had two slices of watermelon with banana.
And for diner I made chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Yum.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better because I played a lot of volleyball with the in-laws today with a lot of running after the ball...

My weigh in this morning... 186.0
I did not do well last night...
I cleaned for 1 1/2 hours at my first job, 2 1/2 at my second, and than 5 at the church.
Had Taco Bell between 1st & 2nd (I promised that would be my only weakness because we don't eat before or at the church....).
The church gave us personal pan pizzas from pizza hut & breadsticks... Who can resist those?? NOT ME.
Even though I was sweating my butt OFF the whole time.
And then Jeff wanted a French Dip from Arby's (so good). But he wouldn't get one unless said I did... and I ate it. Who can resist those??? NOT ME.
Today I will be good. And we already decided that we CAN NOT be lazy on the weekends anymore.
I think I retained a lot of water. My fingers are kinda swollen...

This morning I weighed in at....
184.2!!!
That brings a total loss, since Monday, to 4.2 lbs! I know it sounds like a lot but I can almost guarantee I will gain a lot back over the weekend. I'm going to REALLY try not to, but I usually do.
Today I have to clean 3 houses AND work at the church.
Trying to eat a bowl of cereal before I leave to meet Alicia for our walk this morning. Once we are done I have to go straight to my first job.

We are now at 37 days until Jewel's wedding!
As of this morning I have lost.... 2.8 lbs!
Did 30 minutes of yoga last night with Holly before class.
This morning I walked for 40 minutes with Alicia.
And I have another exercise session this afternoon with Holly.
Right now I've gotta jump in the shower and go clean 2 houses... Exercise right there too!

38 Days
So, we have 38 days to Julie's wedding.
I decided to put more effort into losing my 10-15 pounds starting yesterday.
So. Yesterday was 188.4 lbs.
Today is 187.0!
1.4 lbs down, 8.5-13.5 left to go!
Didn't have time to workout yesterday except for some Wii Fit games.
And decided to sleep in this morning (yesterday was exhausting-not the workout, the day itself).
Should have time to workout this afternoon with Holly!
Angel, you better be keeping track! We gotta work together!

Jewel's Wedding
Yesterday I made a goal to lose 10-15 pounds by Jewel's wedding on March 26th. That gives me 45 days (it was 46 days yesterday).
Right now (and yesterday) I am sitting at 188.0 lbs.
Go figure once I decided my goal yesterday morning, all I wanted to do the rest of the day was EAT. LoL
I am going to get serious and determined. I want to look awesome and I am a very FAT 188. If I get brave enough I will post pictures to show later...

Woot!
I RAN!!
Ok, ok, I'll settle for jogged :)
Jumped on the treadmill for a total of 1 hour!
BUT
I didn't run the whole hour...
I did:
5 min warm-up
5 mins at 4 mph
5 mins at 3.3 mph
5 mins at 4mph
5 mins at 3.3 mph
5 mins at 4 mph
10 mins at 3.3 mph (I missed the clock for the 5 minute mark)
5 mins at 4 mph
10 mins at 3.3 mph
then a 5 min cool-down
That totals 20 mins and a mile jogging!
YAY!!!
I know most people could WALK at 4 mph... I can't (legs are too short, lol) so it was a nice steady jog!
I'm so proud of myself!
Now I'm going to make homemade (white) bread (neighborhood walmart doesn't carry wheat... grr), take a shower, and see whether Jeff picks stuff up for chili or for chicken and dumplings!
