"Serious"?....

Yeah right, who am I kidding???

LoL, I have every potential of waking up at 630 and getting an hour workout in before taking an hour to get ready for work... But do I?

NO.

It is too damn cold to get out of bed that early! LoL.

I don't know how Husband does it... 415 does NOT sound fun. It sounds FrEeZiNg!

I want to try, I really do... but I'm lazy.

I can't even keep the house clean and I clean houses for a living! Ugh!

Gonna Get Serious

It is time for me to get a little more focused on my workouts. I have the treadmill back in the living room and I need to focus on using it as often as possible, in addition to the workouts that Holly and I do. I should've made a lot more progress this past year. This year will be different. I want a lot of changes, physically, this year. Hopefully 2011 will be the year that I can make everything happen!

182.6

I went up to 185.8 over the weekend after maintaining 182.something all last week. Glad to say that by Tuesday I was back down to 182.something again! I really want to get back down into the 170s and then further into... oh... 140s? 130s? Somewhere where I look good and my stomach doesn't look like I've had kids even though I haven't had any. I've seen better looking 180s. Mainly on others. Most of my weight is "in my BELLY". Sorry, Austin Powers moment there... Holly and I are working out every day and weighing in on the Wii. Some days we have very trying exercise moments, lol. Others we try to just have fun and play on the Wii Fit Plus (kinda cool cuz they have yoga on there too and you can create your own routine... might try that one day!).

185.0

I got down to 182.4 last week. After this (LAZY) weekend I ended up at 185.0 this morning. And after a bowl of cereal, I had to fast until my 4 pm doctor's appointment so they could draw blood. Do you know how hard that is??? OMG I was sooo hungry that my stomach was growling!

Not sure how our workout sessions are going to be after school starts tomorrow. I have to be at TCC everyday (Mon-Thurs) for 7pm classes. Which means I'll have to leave home by 640 to allow enough time for traffic and parking. We should still be able to squeeze in a quick workout though!

183.6

My lowest has been 178.4. I went up a bit when I went off the pills. But there were finals and holidays coming up and the treadmill was in the guest room. I would like to say that I won the compromise about keeping the treadmill in the dining room :). Hopefully I can get back into my routine once classes start.

Never Under-Estimate Cleaning

I have found out that you should NEVER under-estimate the workout house cleaning gives you! I lost 4 pounds in 3 days last week just from cleaning houses. I was so sore every night. Good workout, that's for sure!!! So, if you don't feel like exercising, give your house a good clean!!!
